Regarding Omaha Steaks Co. I called their number 1-888-805-2288 today, 12/10/10, and asked about a gift I received (mixed order, stuffed sole, potatoes au gratin, and stuffed baked potatoes). They told me all these products were gluten-free. Then, because I wanted to double check, I looked it up on-line. The exact same order numbers for these items stated...
