  1. My 17month old is gluten free. Up until now chex cereal and homemade "graham" crackers have been snacks. But she is starting to not want those anymore. What can I feed her as snacks? She just now has 2 molars coming in, so I have to be able to cut things up for her. We also have a business and her afternoon snack is often "on the run." Thanks for any...
  2. Here in OR you can get lactose free milk (w/o a dr note.) I just told them we couldn't have regular milk. I can choose corn tortillas or brown rice instead of wheat bread; beans, peas or peanut butter. These are all listed on the voucher, so it didn't require any thing extra. For the cereal I get corn or rice chex. Good luck
  3. I found Barbara's Bakery has an O's cereal that is gluten-free and was not too crunchy. Our daughter loved them! Open Original Shared Link I found them in the health food section of our grocery store.
  4. Thank you all for your quick response today. It has helped to understand more what could be going on inside her little body. We have avoided gluten all day and she has been peacefully sleeping for almost 2 hours today, the first solid uninterrupted nap in a couple days! Thanks again
  5. I am trying to determine if my daughter is gluten intolerant. The first 6 months of her life she was extremely gassy. I removed gluten from my diet, I was nursing her, and she improved w/i a couple days. She is now 14months and I would like to know do we need to continue a gluten-free diet. This week I have been giving her a little gluten each day...
