I knew there had to be a connection!! I sometimes get pain in my ovaries especially when i'm coming up to my cycle but not all the time. I now know this is because I have a relatively gluten free diet but i don't stick to it the way i know i should. I woke up this morning with serious ovary pain and i thought right, there absolutely has to be a connection...
