I'm new to this forum and about a year into gluten free. I had a friend (also gluten free) who came to visit and brought Udi's bread, bagels and muffins. It was the first time I had ever tasted gluten free bread or bagels that didn't taste like cardboard and sawdust!! I'm in the Kitchener area and don't drive but would love to find a local place that carries...
