I had my gallbladder removed about a year after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I think a lot of autoimmune diseases are connected to each other. I also have fibromyalgia, arthritis, hypo-thyroid and vitiligo.

I took a 10 day cruise on the Norwegian Dawn in December to the Southern Caribbean and my dining experience was just wonderful. I had almost anything on the menu that the other passengers were eating as long as I met with the Chef on the restaurant the day before and placed my order. I only had one mistake in 10 days where the waiter confused the sauce...
