ARCHIVED Costco Rotisserie Chicken

Hey - I was wondering if anybody has had a reaction to Costco's rotisserie chicken? I checked the back of the label and it noted that the modified food starch in the seasoning was from potato and tapioca starch but am confused as to what escaped me! Thanks! Pip
