I keep seeing banana's come up a lot. Is it all fructose or mostly things like bananas? I can see the frustration for sure! If more sensitivities keep popping up, and you are certain about your gluten exposure you might consider getting a little more testing to figure out WHY you're having these leaky gut type symptoms. Otherwise, you are just going to continue to be sensitive to whatever foods are leaking through. There are definitely doctors...

I have done an elimination/provocation diet as a "first line" of testing and it has changed my whole world. That's great advice. Especially since it came on so quickly (after a trip to India) the is a good chance that it could have been triggered by a vector. An endoscopy or biopsy is looking for "villus atrophy" which can take a while to progress enough to show a positive test.
