Its kind of weird for me. In one respect i think its good to have this disease as it results in a overall healthier diet. But on the other side , contamination is very easy and is dangerous for us, and its also very hard. I have had for 6ish years now and i find i go through stages where is detest it. YESS lol. I pretty much am compulsive in everything i do and say things without thinking. I get very cranky and irritated. I really do hate it! -
I was wondering if anyone knows if these cramps i get at night are related to celiac and why i get them. I find i only get them at night when i know that i have been contaminated by flour. It happens in my calves or heel of my foot usually. Does this happen to anyone else?
