I am new to this and just came across this post. I recently started the diet and have been feeling the same way you stated. I started off with symptoms similar to yours, neurological problems. Now, I feel like I have flu like symptoms and I am freezing all the time. When I ate gluten again, I actually felt better. I'm confused as to what to do from here...
