    Ok yesterday was terrible. I was all glutned up to the max. By evening I just felt like a trash can. Today, finally gluten free. Not much to eat at home today so I ate some tuna and drank water.     Today I did the IGA and TTG blood test. Been on gluten for 6 months. So sick. Figured, today was the last of it. At nearly a pizza, drank beer like wild. In a little bit going for fast food. Tomorrow is back to the no dairy and gluten. Kind of excited.

    Ok Saturday Night The pain grew unbearable. Stomach was absolutely agonizing the pain was just awful.     I have never eaten soy unless it is in some ingredient or part of the mix of some kind. I have thought about tofu or soy milk but just have no desire. I agree from my reading it sounds bad. I did have an ok experience with almond milk.
