  1. I just had Applegate Farm's andouille sausages for dinner...and I can feel the glutened symptoms setting in. They mark all of their stuff gluten-free, and that it is not cross-contaminated, but I've tried the brand a couple of times now, and certainly with the sausages, it's making me sick. Is anyone else having problems with Applegate farm cold cuts and...
  2. Hi everyone! I was wondering what the experience has been with motrin and tylenol. Are the gluten-free? Is there anyway to know? I can take both of these, but my sister who also has celiac, gets her usual glutened symptom (severe anxiety and agitation, being the main ones) from motrin. It could just be a reaction to the medication, but I'm not sure.
  3. I think that you can as long as its not in the oven too long! I like to take a little bit of PB (or the whole jar without the cap) and stick it in the microwave for 30s so it's extra soft. Works well for mixing and the whole jar stays soft for about a week...or until the jar is finished, which usually happens in my house before the first week is out anyway
  4. I too have weird cycles. It's pretty variable for me- every 3-6 weeks. Also, just before I went gluten free I lost them all together for about 4 months, but this could have been related to having two stress-fractures (vit. D and calcium malabsorption). Now that I have been gluten-free (and healed for 6 months), everything is back to it's random schedule.
