  1. Tonite we had scrambled bbq beef with chopped green pepper in it and boiled potatoes. Nothing fancy. I'm thinking to get out my frozen chucky vegetarian chili for dinner tmrw night.
  2. I found this website and it seems perfect for us since it's more simple for me...a beginner. Open Original Shared Link There's tons of other gluten free recipes..but this pizza recipe has me curious..will be trying it for sure!
  3. I found this website..no idea if it's any good. I'm also interested in this topic and will be watching for reviews. http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/special-diets/certified-gluten-free
  4. We had grilled halibut with rice and broiled zucchini with garlic spices on it. It was delish.
  5. I usually make beef barley soup in my crockpot..but now that hubby can't eat gluten; that means barley's out? What can I use in it's place aside from gluten free pasta and rice..what else?
  6. You were right! I looked at the can of tomato soup and it had wheat flour in it! I should have read the back of it. I thought it didn't have flour in soups! Still learning. I would go on the gluten free diet too with him but...at this time I'm still learning plus we have 5 kids and only one son may have celiac disease. The gluten free stuff is rather pricey...
  7. I personally use Braggs; I have high blood pressure so it's lower in salt than in other brands.
  8. I suspect that my husband has Celiac Disease. He has not been able to eat anything with gluten in it. I've been getting gluten free food and he has gotten a lot better. He usually won't eat all because it hurts so bad afterwards. Tonite I made spaghetti with gluten free pasta; I did a homemade version; spaghetti sauce. BUT he is now hurting afterwards...
