i had stomach pains before i was diagnosed with celiac, i just stuck off the gluten and they went away

what kind of bread can i eat when im a celiac?

  go to a local grocery store and ask where the "gluten-free section" is at. they should tell you and they should have bread in that section (hopefully). if the store doesn't have gluten-free products or doesn't have a aisle just for celiacs, then try a different store or go to the bread section and see if any of the bread says "gluten-free" on it. usually they're in bigish letters and u don't always have to read the ingredients. hope i helped!
