    Does anyone know what all yeast sensitivities means from Great Smokies? I had purchased the Uncheese Cookbook before I realized that almost all recipes call for nutitional yeast. Is nutritional yeast the same as what is referred to on that test? I'm lost!

    I think I'm going to be sick. We've had him on soy for over a year now. Actually, almost two years. My God, what if this is what has created his failure to thrive and not gluten?

    Why didn't I think of that!!!! I spent almost an hour last night toasting bread, letting it dry out, running it through the food processor, then baking it to make bread crumbs. (sigh) Live and learn!!!

    Newbie - going on week 3 gluten-free. Was starting to feel so much better and then I made some bad choices and am paying dearly with GI upset, fatigue, nauseau, and severe mood swings (mostly between nasty/irritable to crying for no reason).
