I was diagnosed over 3 weeks ago. By myself. I am 40 and my doctors think I'm crazy. I didnt go looking to figure out what was wrong with me I just stumbled upon this no gluten diet from reserarching info for a friend that has cancer. Hello, I am new to this game and have the same problems of knowing what to eat at work. As a UPS driver I am always hungry and have to carry extra food with me. This no gluten deal makes it hard. Thanks for the info. I have never heard of a earth fare so I'll have to google that. Yeah, it does tastes so much better when it doesn't hurt. I always thought "thats just the way it is". Not anymore.

Hello all, I am new here to the forum. I believe that I have self diagnossed myself with celiac disease. After almost two weeks I have to say I feel so much better.
