  1. Have you considered it could be the change of water? I understand that simply changing water supply can do this, you could try bottled water next time, see if it makes a difference.
  2. I agree, stick to a strict veggie and meat diet, at the very least cut out all gluten and dairy, and see how you are in a few days, I had near immediate relief when I changed my diet, in 2 days all my bloating, IBS, indigestion, diarrhoea disappeared.

I'm a great believer in listening to your body, if your body gets sick or pain, you are putting too much stuff in it that it doesn't like, for some the tiniest amount is too much, for me I don't suffer with small amounts of dairy or gluten.   4. Your symptoms sound very similar to what I used to have, my recommendation is to at the very least avoid dairy and wheat for a week and see how you are. Pizza will be the very worst thing for you, if you happen to be diary and wheat/gluten intolerant.   5. I've never been tested positive for celiac disease, I've had a test, but it was negative. You could easily find your self in this situation, you might get a negative test, but if you were to start eating gluten again, you'd start getting symptoms.
