The exact same thing happened to me! I used to eat pasta and breads all the time and never had the typical celiac "tummy ache". I'm 18 years old and went to the doctor because my period was late. They found that it was a symptom for anemia and that eventually lead to the diagnosis of celiac, and an endoscopy confirmed that. I've been on a gluten-free diet...
