ARCHIVED Stomach Symptoms After I Eat Gluten Free?

My symptoms come in strongest 24-72 hours after I've been cross contaminated. I normally have a excessively full feeling and bad taste in my mouth 30 minutes after eating, diarrhea the next morning, and then sometimes throw up the second morning after. Blah. Bri, I'm interested to see what the name of those enzymes are and where to get them. Thanks...
