Thanks so much for your interest in our gluten-free pizza! Though it is prepared separately, we do not put it in a separate oven. We do, however, use different pans with higher sides so that they're less likely to interact with anything else that may be in there. We are doing what we can to accommodate for any allergies and diseases. This is not advertised...
