  7. hi tht sounds just like our son at that age he was diagnosed eventually when he was 5 yrs old, we noticed a big change in him however, when we switched to bottle feeding with formula milk, try this and see if you notice any difference, I am not say ing your child has celiac disease but from a mothers point of view this will be a easy adjustment to take with...

  10. jack also has the ds rash that was one of the things that i took him to the docs for before he was diagnosed with celiac disease so when i saw the wheat on the deodrant i thought better to be safe than sorry but its amazing what you find wheat and barley in but thanks for the advise i think i'll stay on this brand from now on just to be on the safe side you...

  12. thanks everyone we only have pre packed cakes in our stores over here but i found a totally gluten-free bakery in oxford and they cook every thing from sausage rolls and pies to bread and rolls and desserts even birthday cakes.. our son had a sausage roll for the first time since he was 5 yrs old i took photo of him eating it because he actually had tears...

  14. shopping for things is so hard, things u think are gluten-free turn out not to be or the other way around however my local supermarket sainsburys are getting so much better and have started to mark up a gluten-free label on all there products but i suppose this takes time so shopping is becoming easier but i still read all the labels i have found a few...

  17. just went out to buy my son some adidas under arm deodrant but when i looked at the list of ingreadiants it had wheat starch in it... my sons been diagnosed for 5 years and i've pretty much had to work out every thing for myself the gp and staff do not really know anything about celiac disease, and until I found this sight I was totally unaware to look at...

Hi is cornflour gluten free just bought a box from supermarket and it say's suitable for vegaterians but nothing about being gluten free but on list of ingrediants all it says is cornflour.. hope no one's thinking i'm being silly but this diet is a bit confusing and supermarket labeling is getting better but not every thing is marked up yet can any one help...

We are going on holiday in August and would like to take our son out for meals without so much of the worry about what he is eating.
