Not my child, but happened to me...was sent to the ER by my Dr as she was certain it was my appendix-I was completely impacted. After taking so many laxatives that did not work at all, I had to take a colonoscopy prep--finally that worked. I then had biopsy and gene test that confirmed celiac.
