Thank you everyone for your advice. I'm getting better at just asking the questions (initially I was embarrassed). But luckily my husband wasn't at all. he says it is amazing how much better I seem to feel since I've done away with the gluten. -

Hi everyone, I'm still relatively new to the gluten free lifestyle and I was glutened a week ago yesterday. I had all my regular symptoms and then I started feeling a little better on Friday only to start feeling worse again yesterday. I'm sure there have been several posts about this but when you get some accidental glutening via cross contamination or just simply not asking the right questions, is there something you do that makes the symptoms pass more quickly? I do not always get D with my glutening. I do always bloat, fatigue, I get achy and have the foggy brain, and I get all itchy...
