I read somewhere that gluten has been used as a buffer for capsule ingredients. Is this something I should be worried about and how do i find out if my products have this? thanks -

I usually order my vitamins from Open Original Shared Link They do have quite a few liquid calcium bottles, so ill check that out next time I order. As for the multivitamins in liquid form, Ill prolly have to look around for any local stores or maybe order from US if they are too expensive -

thx for the info Now Im looking for a good liquid vitamin in canada. I take Calcium capsules (among other things), do you know if they come in liquid form as well? -

Why would you suggest Liquid vitamins? And are you referring to liquid forms of regular multivitamins or anything in particular? Thanks
