I hate the fact that the gluten-free labeling is not regulated, I am sure 90% of the current products in the market would disappear if they were really required to take proper precautions. The tests that they run are bogus. How can you rely on a small sample from large batch of a powder. It is not a liquid to be able to mix it properly to make assumptions...
