Ginger Sturm

I just recently found out that I'm allergic to gluten and wheat. I'm just wondering what other testing I need to have done? I got the blood test done for celiac and it came back negative. I heard that the only way to really tell is if you get a biopsy of the small intestines. My homeopathic doctor doesnt think I have it but I dont know what to do. She wants...
