  9. Im not on any medication whatsoever. Just some vitamins for my adrenal fatigue. Medication is what got me sick in the first place and I am very apprehensive to trying anything new.

  15. Hahahaha I keep remembering things that have me 100 percent convinced I have Celiacs. This past year or so I've had horrible dandruff. I mean it would rain flakes.   17. Thanks prickley, god knows i need the support. I had a vitamin panel back in late may and it came back everything was normal. I have found by blood test that I do get potassium deficient often. What are some good gluten free multiple vitamins to buy? What's anEFA by the way?
  18. Another thing I forgot to mention was that I constantly have a stuffy nose and tight sinuses. Hopefully this diet should loosen them up. I'm also stoked to see that Bush's Baked Beans are completely gluten free. How badass is that?
