I bought three different types of gluten free bread and they are disgusting, what can I make with them so that they don't go to waste? Two of them are rice and one is tapioca

If you think you have Celiac go gluten free right away you don't want to cause any more damage. What tests did you have done and what were the results? What are your symptoms? My partner was semi supporting until he heard it from the doctor himself that eating gluten can cause me more damage and money than going gluten free.
