  1. Imagine you only have the energy to make 2 christmas cards. You might be a celiac if one of them goes to your grandfather and the other one to your gastroenterologist.
  2. It's impossible to say yet if you have celiac disease or not, best wait for the results of the blood test and the biopsies. Even if the blood test is negative I'd still ask for a biopsy, because there are some adults who have a negative blood test.

  5. My flours are stored in a shelf in an unheated room, and boy do I regret that I completely forgot about the chances of mealworm infestation, so I had to throw lots of things away. From other coeliacs I've had the advice to freeze bags of flour for a couple of days before storing them, so that's what I'm going to try next.
