I never associated some of these things to gluten. I get migraines too but never associated that with gluten. I thought it was from msg. -

I am new here as of today. I have Diverticulitis, acid reflux, no gall bladder, and I think maybe Celiac. As of Feb. 1 2012 I will have Medicare and Kaiser but for now I have nothing so I'm experimenting with my diet. I have given up all dairy including eggs and cheese, very lean beef and chicken breasts. no citrus or tomatoes, no nuts, seeds or popcorn...
