  2. thank you all...and to the previous poster..i live in South Pennsylvania/ the Maryland Border. I am from Baltimore, MD and my whole family (mom dad and husband) all work in Baltimore so I am down there all the time, and I plan on moving back to Baltimore...So i have been looking for places in Baltimore. I found one pizza shop that makes gluten free pizza...
  3. Yes I do have a Wendys nearby..yea Scarlett is my daughter she will be 2 in about 3 weeks or so. I was perfectly healthy and then when I had her thats when everything started with my stomach and feeling sick. I read that pregnancy and childbirth can trigger celiac =0/
  4. What is it and can I have it. I see different opinions and can never seem to get a straight answer. It is in the Season All that I put on my cheeseburger when cooking it. I know its in tons of other things to. What about Vitamin E? I heard Vitamin E either? That was in my hand lotion.
  5. If I cant reproduce the foods I normally eat..I would spiral into a deeper depression that I am already in from this diagnosis. Not eating out everyday has already had me crying for the past 3 days.

  7. I went to Trader Joes and they told me to buy the Udi's brand. Im new to this so to me the texture is like a dry sponge. I cant take it. And thats the best? If so Lord help me now. I made a cheesebuger tonight and put it on a Udi's hamburger bun. I picked out half of the inside of the bun out to make it as thin as possible. Are there any others out there...

  13. It says Gluten Free...but I have a few questions. The ingredients are as follows Cooked Seasoned Pork (pork, water, hydrolized soy protein, salt, sodium phospates), tomato puree (water, tomato paste), high fructose corn syrup, white distilled vinegar, brown sugar, molassses, seasoning blend, modified cornstarch, salt, caramal color, natural smoke flavoring...
  14. Sodas are fine...at least Coke and Pepsi products. With other off name brands I would double check first. But I am an avid Coke drinker and drink it everyday! I did just get diagnosed as well, but this is the first thing I looked into!

  17. Thank you everyone for the input! Today was my first day eating gluten-free and i didnt feel sick today. Hopefully a sign of good things to come.
  18. Delimiex beef taqutos (corn of course) they are gluten-free. Plus dipped them in Ricos brand nacho cheese. Then had some UTZ cheese curls.
  19. I never cooked with it before...i just went shopping yesterday and picked it up. Need a gluten-free recipe. I have chicken broth and some veggies like peppers, onions, green onions, potatoes, carrots, and minced garlic. What can I do with that? LOL

  21. Ive been posting alot, since I was just diagnosed this week. I have heard to be careful with shampoos, conditioners, hair color and products in general. Im a hairdresser for a living!! Is it ok? We use tons of different products at the salons and I dont want to give up my occupation for this! I am already giving up all my favorite foods. Please tell me this...
  22. Wanted to share that Ricos (found at walmart) nacho cheese cups and Delimix beef tacquitos (corn) are gluten free...I am dipping my tacquitos in the nacho cheese and its like heaven. Greasy and cheesy and beefy its the closet thing to fast food that I was soo used to. Awesome!! Anything else anyone wants to share?
