Looks like new equipment for the kitchen is the way to go. I've gone this long feeling unhealthy, and I don't want to take any chances. I feel like this is my new lease on life, and heck, I'm worth it! Thanks for the responses. -

Thank you for the recommendation on the website. Most helpful. In regards to the kitchen set up, my husband is open to having the entire family eat gluten free to make it an easier transition for me. I have a large cutting board that I absolutely adore. Can I wash everything down, and continue to use this, if I am only going to use it with gluten free... -

I have had symptoms for 10+ years, and after researching information about inflammatory diseases, which run in my family, I came across Celiac Disease.
