Actually, I meant that I messed up the encounter with the woman who approached me I don't want to make light of the gluten-free issue because I realise that many people find it difficult to adjust, but I've personally found it relatively easy to adapt. It seems as long as you take the time to read the labels of the food you are buying you will be okay...
