For the past two days I have been very ill and have been wracking my brain to figure out if I had consumed any gluten. Finally, we worked out that it was in a salad I had consumed 5 times over the christmas period. I am dizzy, feel ill, my lips are swollen and I am feeling very hot and irritable. Does anyone else suffer these episodes? I am usually very careful...
