This information was very helpful to me, thank you. Now I don't feel like I'm going crazy. There are times when I would eat these fries and have no reaction and other times I would. For me, when I eat anything with wheat/ gluten in it I break out all over with a horrible rash. I guess I will just have to make my own sweet potato fries from now on. I am just... -

I have recently discovered that I am allergic to wheat/gluten by process of elimination. I break out all over in an ithcy rash. I am slowly getting a handle on the things I can and can not have. I too wonder about the yeast extact. I recently bought some pretzels that say on the bag that they are gluten free, but they list yeast extract in the ingredients...
