But we are going to travel overseas (India, Thailand, China) and wanted to be able to test food - I was hoping that someone had come across a fantastic gluten test kit that would not take so long for results. Has anyone come across anything that takes less time?

  5. Oh, interesting, Ciamarie. I never thought about MSG as a possible issue for him. Is your reaction to MSG similar to a gluten reaction? What is DH? Did you go in for additional allergy testing?

With the chips he ate leftover homemade gluten-free pizza crust with Canadian bacon, cheese, and mushrooms and a Mexican coke.
