  1. I did mine without any meds at all because I was so worried about side effects. If I could do it again- I'd probably use meds!
  2. I'm really thinking about banning it as I'm still feeling so sick at times. But it may be just because I'm in the process of healing.
  3. I think cc is a concern for me too. I've got to share a kitchen with two men who slice and eat their bread on the tables and counters it's annoying! I feel like gluten is everywhere and it's impossible to not get the cc in the kitchen. I get very bloated and feel the reflux too with cc
  4. Hi I'm new here and also diagnosed with Hiatal Hernia. I've been getting palpitations for some time now, and have been cleared by the doctor as having begnin PVCs and PACs. But lately I've been getting a new symptom of boomboomboomboom then regular rythm. It's almost like 2-5 fast beats in a row with some irregular beats or flutters before or after or sometimes...
  5. I read it only takes 1/8 a teaspoon daily of gluten to cause continual damage to the intestines. Why would you eat 4 slices of bread?!
  6. I was diagnosed with a small hiatal hernia. Mine only bothers me if I eat foods I'm allergic too. While I was pregnant it really bothered me. What I feel is my stomach up in my chest or diaphragm. It's very uncomfortable. ALOT of people have mentioned jumping up and down on a trampoline but I've never tried that. I go to the chiropractors and she adjusts...
  7. I was wondering if anyone who has multiple allergies has had their allergies disappear after being on a gluten free diet for awhile? I'm allergic to all grains, shellfish, some legumes etc. I'm hoping that once my gut heals my allergies will dimish a bit.
