I emailed TGI Fridays to find out what gluten-free options they offer, and I got an email back saying that I can ask for a gluten-free menu when I get to the restaurant. They don't have the menu online, and I'd like to know what my options are going to be before I get there. Does anyone know what is on their gluten-free menu? I'm going to be traveling...

I ended up getting the fish prepared as you suggested, and I had a really good experience. It's nice to see that eating out is still possible sometimes
