Hi, I've been gluten free for about 3 months, but I haven't really been taking much in terms of vitamins, supplements, probiotics, etc. My doctor gave me some probiotics, but they were capsules and the capsules themselves had malt in them. Thanks Patti. It's so strange that they don't put their allergen menu online, but at least I know I would have a couple of options if I got stuck there. And thanks Kareng, I've been looking through the other boards too!

I emailed TGI Fridays to find out what gluten-free options they offer, and I got an email back saying that I can ask for a gluten-free menu when I get to the restaurant. They don't have the menu online, and I'd like to know what my options are going to be before I get there. Does anyone know what is on their gluten-free menu? I'm going to be traveling...

Hi, I'm trying to figure out if Golden Sun brand "Super Crab Seafood crab-flavored seafood made from surimi" crab meat has gluten. Hi, I just started going gluten free this week, and already I have a work potluck next week. I know I probably won't be able to eat much (if anything) other people bring, but I would like to bring something that I can eat and share with others.
