    I'm still trying to find out whats wrong with me too. When you mentioned about the yellowish subtance with the stool is what got my attention. I have the same thing and havent found many answers on the net about it. Mines has an ammonnia/chemical odor and the only thing that i've found on the net that causes that is Bacteria overgrowth of the small intestines...

    Thanks everyone for the replies and helpful info. I'm glad it's not just a racial thing and other african americans do suffer with this. I'm sure I have some European ancestry somewhere especially on my dads side of the family. The weight and muscle loss is the thing that scares me because I fear that the doctors have missed something more serious like cancer...

    I also have the same symptoms. When you mentioned the yellowish gold on the tissue paper I have the exact same thing. Does this have a strange ammonia like odor also? No one can tell me what it is

    Hello everyone. I've been plaqued with some very strange symptoms every since feb 2011. I was going though a stressful period and started having loose stools and Diarheah. I would go out with friends and notice the stools were worse with beer. I thought maybe I was coming down with a stomach virus because I wasn't running any fevers, cough or flu like symptoms...
