Do the scope. My five year old daughter came back with negative blood tests but still had all the symptoms--no growth (twin sister grew 2 inches that year she didn't grow any), stomach issues, bathroom issues, pale skin, extended belly etc. We took her for the scope and the doctor said that it was a clear case.
