About Me
I am a 22 year old female who works full time along with attending Eastern Michigan University full time. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2008 and it has been a rough but great experience. It has taught me about food and the importance of eating right. Recently I have been having a lot of problems and have been diagnosed with Refractory Celiac Disease. I will hopefully be starting treatments soon.

Everyone is different. For my cousin it took 3 months, For my other cousin it took almost 2 years. But make sure you keep track of how you feel and your symptoms because it can be more severe than you think. My symptoms have never gone away and recently they have gotten worse.
