About Me

I am a 22 year old female who works full time along with attending Eastern Michigan University full time. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2008 and it has been a rough but great experience. It has taught me about food and the importance of eating right. Recently I have been having a lot of problems and have been diagnosed with Refractory Celiac Disease. I will hopefully be starting treatments soon.
