Thank You! I will take a look at the sites. Since he doesn't have Celiac and it's not emergent that we go gluten free, I would like to slowly (not too slow) transition over. I am trying to look for gluten free things to replace other things that he likes. I think this will make it easier on me as far as mentally I found myself very overwhelmed... -
