It is not gluten free. There is wheat/gluten in the chicken broth. -

DO NOT EAT THIS STUFF!!! It says "Gluten Free" but that is a bit deceptive because it IS NOT WHEAT FREE. Wheat allergies are synonymous with gluten allergies. I had one scoop and it sent me into a horrid reaction. I was down for three days miserable. STAY AWAY!!!
