I have contacted Roger, the COO for Willy's. The majority of the items serverd are MADE ON SITE! As a result, everything but the obvious (flour tortillas) and the salad dressings are GLUTEN FREE. As always, I recommend checking with the store manager wherever you eat. Howvever, my Celiac daughter and I eat there often and safely! Open Original Shared...
