About Me
I'm quite the novice at the gluten-free life, but I'm learning more and more everyday. I was self diagnosed December 23rd 2011 with a gluten allergy (non celiacs; was tested twice for Celiacs), and I still have food related health issues that are still trying to be solved.

I'm going through the same exact thing right now, except for me the gluten free diet only kept me feeling good for about 4 months, and now I'm back in the same boat of where I was before. I'm scared since I'm about to go to college, and I believe that I am sick with gastrointestinal candidiasis. My doctor doesn't fully believe that I have this condition,... -

I'm planning on attending Lubbock Christian University in the fall, and they are more than willing to accommodate students that are gluten-free, as well as any other food allergies/ intolerances.
