Are you following a gluten free diet at the moment? I assume you are. I'm Dq2 homozygous too! It seems that those of us in this group should have been gluten free for life all along. Isn't there a >30% chance or something. I'm thinking there is.

I hardly ever get cramps in my small intestine area. Often I get them in the large intestine. It only happens in the small intestine when I'm glutenned. When I do get glutenned it's like a bee sting inside and I pass out on the floor.
