That's very interesting. I am recently diagnosed - for the second time after a similar experience. When I was 18 I was diagnosed with Celiac through biopsy. After 6 months of a gluten free diet I was retested and told everything looked normal. The specialist told me to go back on gluten. I don't know why exactly. Probably in part because I didn't notice any...
