Hi all! I live in Kansas City and I also have a hard time finding places to eat safely. At Olive Garden, I found a regular noodle in my "gluten free" pasta. My rule is if somewhere makes me sick once, I never go back. This being said, here are some places I have been able to eat: Bo Ling's, chinese at Zona Rosa; Pizza Shoppe-has the best gluten free crust... -
