  1. yea its hard as all the food i did have had wheat or soya or milk in it he has a dinner in evenings which is things like gluen free dairy free sgety bog but his having an adult size potion wich is three time bigger than he used to a week ago and still wanting pud but im finding it hard to work out what i can give him its going back to scratch and working...
  2. my son has gone on a strict no gluten no wheat, no soya, no dairy, no eggs when i have given his lunch he still want more (two large cracker with ham, cucumber , tomatoes, fruit pack and to packs of raisens he was always a small eater and never really eat
  3. i have found the same that the products are very expencive and very limited but i read the lables and most mainstreme pruduct are gluton free but i was looking at back of a veg pack today and said may contain gluton and wheat due to manafaction which i thought was hard to believe but my son has been on his diet for a week and just getting used to product...
  4. my son is just going through all the test at the moment and a very strict gluton, wheat, soya, dairy, eggs free diet and well im having similar problem that the school want even set up a meeting with us about his school dinners till they had letter from gp, gp want write letter as results from test aint back and this diet is just precaution given from consultants...

  6. no not i have seen and living in the uk i have noticed that the knowledge and access to these diets are very limited here every thing i have seen online has to be brought from over seas and extremly expencive to buy then to srip
