I wasn't officially diagnosed. After years of fighting with doctors and not getting any answers, I researched it myself. I always had it in the back of my mind that I might have celiac disease. Sometimes you just have to trust your bodies signals, and the brain god gave you. I had all the symptoms, and after going gluten free for only four days, I feel amazing...

I am leaving for Disney world in 9 days!!! I am going with my husband, his brother and wife. No kids this time! I have been researching celiac disease for awhile. I thought I had it a few years ago, but was dismissed by doctors and kind of pushed it out of my mind. My symptoms never did go away, but I have been having severe symptoms for the last 8 weeks...

I'm confused. If I am gluten intolerant, I obviously can't have wheat. So why are some things labeled gluten-free/wheat-free, and others only gluten free. Do I have to find things with both?
